This 1956 Oldsmobile Super 88 Coupe is a complete unrestored project car. The original paint code denotes the paint scheme (T31-30) was Canyon Green on the lower part and Ice Green on the top. The original interior trim code is 382. It appears that the seats were wrapped at some point and the car was painted at least twice. After decoding the VIN tag, I have found out some information about the car. It is a true 1956 Super 88 Coupe. It was built in Framingham, MA and has a production number of 85. The motor turns over but the gas tank fell out because the straps let go. The car is very restorable and would make a great winter project.
