Vehicle Detail

If you take the time to search through the feedback I have received over the years, you will notice I have sold many automobiles and larger vehicles such as buses, while obtaining a nearly perfect feedback score, which I take great pride in. I have sold vehicles ranging from my daughter's old Grand Am, to my 50th Anniversary Corvette, to numerous charter buses. I am a trustworthy seller when it comes to everything, so please take comfort in that as you read about this 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. This is a Black 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, with a 3.8L V-6 engine. My son is moving to Chicago and will no longer be needing this car, and we would like to move it very quickly as we have no use for it. The "Buy It Now" price is listed below the Kelley Blue Book value for a "Fair Condition" rating, which I chose in order to be on the low side for valuation purposes in hopes of selling the car quickly. The vehicle is in good shape, with tinted rear windows and rear windshield, relatively new tires, and has been maintained well. We purchased this vehicle for my son when he left for college in Cleveland in 2007. It was the drive from Milford, MI to Cleveland, OH where most of the miles were logged since we purchased the car. It has been safe and reliable since day one (not even a speeding ticket since we purchased it, to go along with regular washing inside and out and non-smoking), and would make a great first car for a new driver or a nice alternative for someone looking for a reliable used car. With that being said, this Black 2001 Grand Prix GT does have some wear and tear that would be expected of a 10-year-old car. These attributes include a small crack (smaller than a $1 bill) on the windshield, a couple small rust spots that will need attention in the future, and a small dent near the passenger-side headlight that is visible in the front-end pictures. Also, the gas gauge is sometimes faulty, but if you trust the trip-set, you will be fine. The engine light comes on because every once in a while, the ABS kicks on during a routine stop. It is not an issue and has been checked out. All the issues mentioned are easily fixable, and the below-KBB-value is with that in mind. All-in-all, this is a great car that I am happy to have owned. It was always safe and I never had to worry about the vehicle as my son made the trip to and from school, or while he was just driving around town. Last but not least, the gas mileage for the car is somewhere in the 25-27 mpg range, depending on how and where it is driven. On Oct-18-11 at 08:01:13 PDT, seller added the following information: If you take the time to search through the feedback I have received over the years, you will notice I have sold many automobiles and larger vehicles such as buses, while obtaining a nearly perfect feedback score, which I take great pride in.
