You are bidding on a 1960 4X4 Jeep Willy Wagon. I purchased this vehicle in Minnesota with hopes of it becoming my first project. However, a dirtbike accident and a couple new additions to the family have destroyed any window of opportunity needed for me to properly restore her to the condition she deserves. I bought it, brought her home to Wichita Ks, and drove her to work a handful of times. Then I pulled her into the shop and started tearing her down. I have found her to be extremely straight. She does have a couple of holes in the floor board that let you see good ole mother earth. I will be happy to provide detailed pictures for any serious bidder. The body on this one is in wonderful shape. I did however sell the motor and tranny. My plans were to modernize her with a mild, four bolt main, 350 Chevy that I will inculde in the sale of this vehicle if interested. It too has been stripped down and in need of an intake, and a couple other parts. I have already replaced the glass all the way around and have a replacement window for the drivers door glass that I broke. I have so many extra parts that I can't list them all. I want to make sure that everyone knows that I had the Willys moved today from storage to my house in order to get everything ready for whoever ends up buying her. While unloading the willys someone wasn't watching and allowing it to rub my MDF shelf in the garage. The end result is a 3 inch scratch on the upper lefthand corner near the roofline. I am attaching pictures so you know exactly what it looks like. I want you all to know everything I possibly can. Really diappointed that it happen but such is life. I don't believe that it's a big deal it doesn't require any body work just paint.
