I HAVE A 1983 HONDA INTERSTATE GOLDWING WITHOUT TITLE. I WAS GIVEN THE BIKE WITHOUT A TITLE AND I THOUGHT I COULD GET A MECHANIC LIEN WITHOUT A PROBLEM, BUT I WAS MISTAKEN. THE BIKE LOOKED PRETTY GOOD WHEN I FIRST GOT. I RODE IT FOR AWHILE (ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO) AND WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A MECHANIC LIEN I PUT THE BIKE IN THE BACK YARD COVERED. AFTER A WHILE THE COVER CAME OFF, KIDS PLAYED ON IT AND BEFORE I KNEW IT, IT TURNED INTO A PIECE OF JUNK IN THE BACK YARD TO ME!
