This vehicle was donated by a local scrap yard to our 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit. see our website here: www.freethechildren.net The story goes like this, it was brought into the scrap yard by a company hired to clean off a old vacant lot after someone passed away. The vehicle has a readable texas plate on it and the vin is distinguishable inside the drivers door. We will offer a bill of sale to the winning buyer as well as the name of the scrap yard and the owners name and phone numbers to contact him directly for more information. We are therefore selling it only for "parts". When it came in, we had a mechanic go through it, fix brakes, electrical issues and get it running with a tune up and oil change. It purrrrs! it is a 390 engine, but we do not think it is the origional one... it has electronics on the distributor so we are thinking it may be an engine from the late 70's or early 80's. the transmission is 3 speed and automatic. It will lay a set of posi-tracks on pavement with a very nice smoke-show burn-out, with all the power it has and the clean running motor. The engine does not knock or burn any oil that we are aware of.
