For sale is 2008 Black Chevy 2WD Hybrid Tahoe. Daily commuter for (2.5) years. Commute was mostly highway miles of 140 miles each day. Oil changed at local Chevrolet Dealer every 5,000 miles or less. Recent tires and recent replacement of rear brakes. Vehicle is in excellent condition with minimal interior wear. No children transported regularly. Purchased vehicle new in February 2009 from dealership. Experienced average fuel economy is 21.5 mpg. Vehicle gets slightly better gas mileage in city driving. Vehicle was driven by my wife. Vehicle has highest horsepower rating of all Tahoes, yet at least 25% better fuel economy, and was used occasionally to pull a 5,000 lb. boat locally. Tows with no problem although fuel economy drops to be similiar to standard Tahoe (about 15 mpg) Will be traded in on a new Chevrolet in the next couple of weeks if vehicle does not sell. We have had virtually no problems with this vehicle. We are selling because we are downsizing to a four cylinder vehicle that gets better fuel economy to reduce the cost of the daily high mileage commutes. If not for that we would be keeping the vehicle as I do like the versatility if offers with the exceptionally great gas mileage for a vehicle of this size. Original list price was over $53,000.00. Vehicle has power seats, heated seats, leather interior, navigation system, stereo with single CD player, third row seating, power sunroof, power retracting mirrors, built in satelite radio, running boards, rear climate control system, rear camera and back-up sensor, and towing package.
