2005 (new shape) VW Jetta 1.9 TDi diesel sedan. White paint with black leather interior. Mechanically in very good condition and drives extremely well. We're selling as we're leaving the USA and returning home to England. We bought the car a year ago from Archer Volkswagen in Houston and have been extremely pleased with it. It drives and handles extremely well and feels like a newer, lower mileage car. It's very comfortable and extremely economical - we've found that it can drive 600 miles on a single $50 tank of diesel! In our year of ownership, we have had no mechanical issues and the car has been extremely reliable and dependable. We'll miss it. It has the VW DSG (dual clutch) automatic gearbox, electric front seats (with a memory for the driver), automatic wipers and lights, electric windows and sunroof, and automatic dual zone climate control. Points to note: It has a cloudy left headlamp. This doesn't affect the operation of the headlamp in any way and is cosmetic.The lock on the driver's door occasionally does not lock properly on the first attempt.The lock on the trunk occasionally fails to open and requires opening from inside. This happens to us about once every couple of months.There is a visible scratch in the leather on the front armrest.
