This awesome 1982 Porsche 911SC Targa is finished in classic Porsche guards red with tan leather interior and black removable folding targa roof panel. This is the era which many Porsche experts consider to be among the finest air cooled Porsches ever produced. It's 3.0 liter engine is considered to be among the best Porsche motors of all time. This particular car has a great history. It was purchased when new at our local Indianapolis area authorized Porsche dealership and comes with a great service history. As a matter of fact we just purchased the car from one of my childhood friends who has kept the car properly stored and tucked in his garage since 1996 when me bought it at the local Porsche franchise. We just had the car fully serviced and updated incuding new clutch, transmission syncro replacement, Carrera chain tensioner update performed, engine head studs updated and a/c system fully serviced. We had the Targa top properly recovered due to slight cracking in the folds of the original material. The car is an absolute "time capsule" find and even retains it's original Blaupunkt am/fm cassette stereo in dash. This is an outstanding find and comes with all books, tools and original jack.
