I have for auction a 1990 BMW 525i series car that runs great and has been since my wife bought it 11 years ago. We have put a water neck and an egr sensor ( smog) and a valve job. Thats the extent of engine maintenance/issues. The car is really a great car and if my wife didn't need a bigger car she would never sell it! The reason for the salvage is the fender bender I got in when I borrowed it, the drivers side got scraped and the rear left tail light was damaged, the repair company had such a high cost that the insurance company declared it totaled. I was not about to let it go for a minor fender bender so I bought it back and had the work done. I also had the leather seats redone and the headliner. The paint is good on the sides but the top needs to be painted.
