Up for sale is a nice 1974 Jeep Cherokee. First year of the SJ body style! Is an all original vehicle, and would be a great restoration project, or a nice driver for someone who needs a reliable, unique 4x4. Original miles were stated to be under 60k, but I can not verify that, and thus, it sells as mileage exempt, but the wear and tear on the brake and gas pedal don't show excessive wear, so, it may be that the mileage is indeed that low. Starts right up, drives well, turns and stops as it should. Glass is all good, with one rock chip on the windshield. Interior is good, carpet is average for the year, instrument panel and dash are in great shape. Has all knobs intact, AM radio is original and works well. Equipped with A/C, but I haven't replaced the belts, and don't know if it functions, but heater controls work as they should. Tires have good tread, but should be replaced if one planned on driving a lot with it. Typical vintage Jeep rust issues, but has very little rust through, and I'm able to provide pictures with more detail if need be. Reserve is set low, as I want to sell before the snow flies.
