Up for auction is a 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe hardtop . Color is copper with a black vinyl roof , Interior is the Pony upgrade in cream . 200 C ID 6 cylinder engine Car has clear transferrable NY title, is registered and inspected . Has been driven around town all summer . Car will make a great project car for the enthusiast . I am not an expert , would recommend interested parties schedule an inspection . Car is sold as is. Car needs a new paint job . Both drivers side front and rear panels were redone and left in grey/black primer until a amateur touch up was applied to blend in . Car has driven well , power steering does leak after awhile (uses transmission fluid) Gauges work , radio does not , Windows were all working fine until just recently the drivers side roller fell off and window is stuck 3/4 way up . Chrome is very good shape for the most part . Hood has had the sprayed laminate come off . There is a leak into the drivers side causing the floor pan to show rust . Car does not have rust out issues . Wipers work, headlights only work on low beam heat works defroster fine . signal lights work except has front drivers one out at this date . Interior headliner is in excellent condition . Front drivers seat has rips /slices wear . passenger seat has a small tear . Back seat fine except for some headliner goop almost like tar spilled onto the back . I just noticed. haven't tried to clean it . tires look good but do show some wrinkles in side walls (Rubber dry rot) Brakes work well . Now resides in New York about an hours drive north of NYC Buyer responsible for transporting car within 2 weeks .Cleared verified payment or cash before car leaves site .
