1968 chevrolet fire truck K20 4x4 pickup, 5,826 original miles. I purchased truck from original owners (fox river grove fire department) in December 2006. I have owners manual, protecto plate, original title and maintenance records from new. I registered the truck in September 2009 and have put 400 miles on it. The truck has always been garaged and never driven in snow or salt, resulting in a rust/rot free truck. This truck is a very exceptional example of a survivor or a great candidate for a cosmetic restoration, and become a national level show truck. Truck has new aluminized dual exhaust, brakes have been gone through to include rubber lines, wheel cylinders etc. Truck has 1/8 inch holes drilled in exterior bed wheelwell where wheel tubs once were (shown in picture). This truck is one of five in my truck collection that I am selling. Others to be listed soon. Truck is for sale locally so I do reserve the right to end auction early.
