You are looking at a 2002 Explorer XLS 4.0 that is in need of some major motor repair. I am selling this truck with No Reserve and I will sell it to the highest bidder unless it sells before the auctions end as I will be listing it local as well.Please call me at 609-744-3755 with any questions at all. This was a perfectly good looking and running truck up untill 2 weeks ago the timing chain went. This could have done major damage to internal components of the engine so I would bid on this truck expecting to replace the entire motor. It does start up and run but it is making a terrible noise, it is not in drivable condition so it will have to be towed from my house. There is a lot of good with it like the Trans and 4x4 work fine, the interior and exterior are near perfect, it has remote start, it has been regularly maintained including recent brakes all around, and all of the power options are in good working order. I am listing this for a friend so all questions will be directed to him. It has a clear NJ title and also good NJ inspection.
