Vehicle Detail
It took 100 days to get this deal done. No looking back now. I have this amazing old car in my driveway and it's incredible to watch the reactions of passer-bys. People just stop with their jaws agape and gaze as this timeless classic. It takes you back so far in time that you don't know where you have landed. This opulent machine has been preserved in the hands of a true enthusiast for many decades. And now, it is here for you. This is the first post war effort from Triumph Motors and it is decked out from head to toe. The giant lucas head lights are in good shape and this car is very original. I have washed it very carefully like a precious hand gun or ming vase. There is little ding and dents here and there but the body is exceptional. I expected something different under the car, but the chassis and framework was well preserved and coated with a heavy paint. The car has not been started in a long, long time. The previous owner had gone through a disassembly phase that left this classic carriage on the side lines. I envisioned the man unscrewing bolts and just going to town for about three days. Yes, he took the car about 30% apart and never returned. One of the carburetors is rebuilt in a box and in this bigger box is about 30 pounds of knick knacks and bric-a-brac. I feel like I should drive this car but I also feel like it should go to a caring home and not be around these lunatics in the home depot parking lot. Well, I wish I had more to say here but my friend is very hungry and we are going to have to cut this short. I hope you appreciate this classic iron and it's not leaving my driveway until it finds a good home.
