Up for your consideration is this 1934 Plymouth, 2 door(suicide), 5 window, all steel body, Business Coupe. This is an excellent candidate for your full fender Street Rod, or keep it original as it was back in 34'. I am listing this excellent, all steel Plymouth for a good friend of mine here in Las Vegas, Nevada, so all questions that you may have, will be answered directly by the owner, either by email, or direct contact by cell phone. Let me start out by saying, this is one of the nicest 34' Plymouth that you will probably come across in your search. The present owner purchased this car in 2008, and restoration was compleated soon after,...not a professional, but of excellent quality and workmanship. The few imperfections, or issues that need to be addressed are as follows: 1. Window regulators are in need of some work, as they operate poorly. 2. Front windshield does not have its complete roll/flip out mechanism. 3. Needs the complete fuel system flushed or cleaned out. 4. Needs a complete tune-up, and battery will need replacing. ( Has new 12 volt system) 5. Transmission has minor issues with 1st and 2nd gears. Seems to not be engaging compleatly in these two gears when shifting at times. 6. Drive shaft U-Joint vibrates occasionally, and will probably need replacing 7. The top insert(roof), was filled in at some time with a fiberglass panel, and is separating at seams, due to the extreme heat here in the west(even though the car has been covered most all the time). Please see the photos of this issue at the roof. 8. The paint has a couple of runs at places, very minor, and has a few paint chips here and there, but still very minor. Paint combination(scarlet red with black), is very nice overall, and of good quality, but not a show condition. 9. Some of the glass(door), might need replacing, as if I recall the pass side having a crack. Some of the better qualities are: Exterior 1. Body is an original 2 door, suicide, five window, ALL STEEL body,...very, very straight, and no rust that I could find while I was doing my research and photos. ALL sheet metal is very nice. 2. Body lines are very appealing to the eye, This is an excellent find for a full fendered, Street Rod, or to keep it all original. 3. The Hood Louvers are supreme, as well as the hinged Hood Cooling Doors. Grille Shell and Grille are as close to being perfect as can be, with its original hood and grille ornaments. 4. The "SUICIDE" doors operate very good and fit very tight. Trunk lid also fits well and operates nicely. 5. All four steel fenders are in excellent condition, as well as the running boards. 6. Body in general is in great shape, very straight, and would not need much to make it "Show Quality". 7. Bumpers, front and rear are in pretty good shape, all original. 8. Front headlamps are very nice and clean, not the original, but very close( replaced at some point in time with later model assemblies). 9. All (5) tires and wheels are very nice,...has the rare set of factory "Artillery" wheels and matching hubcaps. Tires are good to fair, and all the wide whitewall of the day. 10. Taillight assemblies are very nice, but we believe the lenses are not original. Interior 1. Seat and interior door panels are re-upholstered in high quality black leather, and in excellent condition. 2. Carpet is in like new condition. 3. Dash is not original, but has many original gauges. 4. New sound system installed, good quality. Again,...if you are searching for that 34,' full fendered, 5 window, business coupe,...this could be the find for you. And like was mentioned earlier, it does have a CLEAR, 1934, Nevada Title. This car was last registered in 2008 here in Nevada. The owner is offering a "Buy it now" option, and a very fair reserve listed on the auction. The successful bidder will be responsible for picking this vehicle up here in Las Vegas, ( 89108 ), but only when the vehicle is paid in full, and title will then be signed over to the new owner, with a notarized bill of sale. A deposit of $500. will be required within three days of auction end, and we do prefer PayPal for the deposit only. I just spoke with the owner and just was informed that the engine in this 34' Plymouth was rebuilt and other than needing a tune-up and battery, is in very good operating condition.
