The vehicle currently has 112,066 miles, was removed from service in Aug 2011 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The vehicle appears to drive well with no apparent issues present. The tires have approximately 30 – 40% tread remaining. There is no spare tire with the vehicle. The exterior is in fair condition. The hood has minor, light scratches & a rock chip on the front center edge above the grille. The front bumper has light scratches & a small crack along the top edge of the grille. The driver side front fender also has some light scratches, primarily along the top edge. The driver’s door has light scratches along the top edge above the door handle & along the edge of the door. There is a paint/rock chip on the molding. The driver’s side passenger door also has minor, light scratches on the upper edge & a paint chip on the leading edge of the door by the driver’s door edge. There is also some chipping on the edge near the rear wheel well. The roof has 3 plugged & sealed holes from where antennas & the light bar power cable were previsouly run through. There is also some scratches, paint chipping, & discoloration from where the light bar feet pads rested & where the light bar was secured to the vehicle. The driver’s side rear quarter panel has minor scratches & chipping with rust beginning to show on the edge near the trunklid. There is also a rock chip on the edge of the rear wheel well. The trunklid has multiple minor, light scratches and a plugged & sealed hole from where an antenna was previously mounted. The rear bumper has minor scratches visible. The passenger side rear quarter panel has multiple light scratches, primarily on the upper port & “c-pillar’. There is also paint starting to peel at the bottom passenger side corner of the rear window. Both passenger side doors have multiple scratches/chips visible, mostly on the top edge. The passenger side front fender has multiple minor, light scratches visible & an approximately quarter size dent on the top edge of the fender. The interior is in fair condition. The odometer/instrument cluster is starting to become dim, which may necessitate replacement in the future. Both the front dome light & the map light are missing from the headliner. There are 2 small screw holes in the floorboard from where the center console was previously mounted. There is 1 small screw hole to the left of the climate controls on the dash. The passenger side visor clip is broken. There are minor miscellaneous marks & discoloration on the headliner. The driver’s door weather stripping is fraying. There are 2 rectangular cutouts in the b-pillar trim from where the center prisoner cage was previously mounted. The driver’s seat fabric is starting to tear & fray. The back of the seatback has some small rectangular indentations/tears from the seat rubbing against the prisonsor cage when installed. This vehicle was serviced on a 60-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Aug 2011 at 110,898 miles. At this service, the pinion seal, water pump, and transmission cooler/condenser were replaced. In June 2011, at 107,164 miles, the battery was replaced. Also in June 2011, at 106,516 miles, the tires were rotated and the right headlamp was replaced. In May 2011, at 104,635 miles, the alternator was replaced. In Apr 2011, at 103,632 miles, the gear selector cable and window run assembly were replaced. Also in Apr 2011, at 102,735 miles, the front license plate bracket and PAD lamp for the airbag were replaced. In Feb 2011, at 98,628 miles, the spot light bulb was replaced. In Jan 2011, at 97,149 miles, the oil cooler line seals, license lamp assembly and oil pressure switch were replaced. In Dec 2010, at 96,161 miles, the trunk lock was repaired. In Nov 2010, at 95,304 miles, the intake manifold, belt tensioner, idler pulley, brake control module, all four tires, and the front brake pads & rotors were replaced. Also, the transmission was repaired at a local transmission repair facility. In Oct 2010, at 94,072 miles, the driver’s side headlight bulb was replaced. In Sep 2010, at 92,003 miles, the windshield trim was repaired. In July 2010, at 89,950 miles, the spot light bulb was replaced. Also in July, at 89,081 miles, the battery was replaced. In June 2010, at 87,221 miles, the driver’s side lower seat cushion, cover, right front tire, right head light bulb, gear shift lever, & driver’s seat belt latch assembly were replaced. In May 2010, at 85,402 miles, the engine cooling fan assembly and passenger airbag jewel were replaced. In Mar 2010, at 81,174 miles, the right rear tire was repaired. In Feb 2010, at 80,342 miles, the driver’s door weather stripping seal was replaced. Also in Feb 2010, at 78,793 miles, all the spark plugs and the spark plug boots were replaced. In Jan 2010, at 77,798 miles, the wiper blades were replaced. Also in Jan 2010, at 77,376 miles, the blower motor and fan speed switch were replaced. In early Apr 2008, at 38,045 miles, the left headlight bulb was replaced. In Feb 2008, at 34,961 miles, the right headlight bulb was replaced. Also in Feb 2008, at 33,353 miles, the battery was replaced. In Jan 2008, at 31,927 miles, the left headlight bulb was replaced. In Dec 2007, at 30,060 miles, the right front tire was replaced. In Nov 2007, at 28,558 miles, the left front tire & rim were replaced and a vehicle alignment performed. In Oct 2007, at 28,316 miles, the right front tire was repaired. Also in Oct 2007, at 26,607 miles, the rear tires, and the front brake pads & rotors were replaced. In Aug 2007, at 22,189 miles, the spot light bulb was replaced. In June 2007, at 16,949 miles, the front brake pads & rotors were replaced. In May 2007, at 14,965 miles, the cooling motor, fan and air conditioner pulley were replaced under warranty at the local Ford dealer. In Feb 2007, at 7,721 miles, the wiper blades were replaced. In Jan 2007, at 6,262 miles, the left front tire was repaired. In Nov 2006, at 119 miles, the vehicle was repaired at the local Ford dealer for the airbag light being on. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
