500 hp BEAST FOR SALE! 1994 Z-28 Camaro..... THE GOOD: 44,832 miles, appx. 500 h.p. Nebraska car, T-Tops, SS hood, New $2,500 Air Flow Research cylinder heads, Brembo brakes, MagnaFlow exhaust with headers, sub-tied frame, NOS system, Rockford system with amp & sub, factory Bose speakers, Enkai rims, 315/35/ZR17 rear & 275/40/ZR17 front, Howell Systems aftermarket programable wiring harness, brand new rearend set-up (went with a 3.42 to make it more "streetable") new MAF sensor, new battery, new GM Perf. distributor, new fuel injectors, plugs, custom plug wires & fuel pressure regulator. Also has an aftermarket torque convertor & a harmonic balancer off of a ZR-1 corvette (1993?) I have a clean title in hand. THE BAD: I have owned this car for 2 years and have only driven it twice. I purchased the car from a friend who owns a wrecker company - he towed it from a performance engine shop that had just installed the new A.F.R heads & had a mechanics lein on the car. The perfrrmance shop went under....the rest is history. I added a ton of new parts (see above) but the mechanic fella' I had working in on it did not know how to fully sync the new wiring harness to the ECM. He got it running and quickly blew-up the Gigliotti Performace rear-end. He advised the car is "without a doubt - around 500 hp w/o the damn NOS!"... The car runs and drives (see youtube video - taken 9-7-11). However, it is running rich & needs a buyer who can tune the ECM to the aftermarket harness & wire in several of the gauges. I would trailer it to it's new home rather than driving it.... but after I sign the title over....feel free to drive away. There are numerous small paint chips on the front side of the rear-spoiler & it'll need new tires sooner rather than later. The NOS tank is not included. This car is very CLEAN & NICE - however, it is not gonna be the star in a Barrett-Jackson auction anytime soon.....If you can find a nicer, cleaner, faster, low-mileage Z-28 for my ridicoulsly low reserve price anywhere in the country - buy it!
