You are bidding on a 1984 Chevy Suburban, 350 ci, 400TH trans that I have owned for the last 16 years. It's a great truck, except its starting to get a little rusty, and the PA inspection laws are still a little strict when it comes to that, so until some of the rust gets fixed it won't pass a PA saftey inspection. I took pictures of the areas concerned, mainly the drivers floor on the left corner, the rocker panel,the rear left rocker, and the left rear 1/4 panel and inner fender liner. The body mounts have a little rust, but the frame mounts are still good. The Frame is good too. The engine has been replaced years ago, withe a Target 4 bolt main, it's stock except for the Edelbrock 650 carb. and MSD ignition, the engine runs great, and I always kept it tuned. The Trans. was rebuilt a few years ago, beefed up torque converter, gears, and pump. It pulls hard ! Diff and transfer good too ! Brakes are the big ones , and work great, all the lights work, steering is good, wipers, electric, Tow module, trailer wiring all good. It has Bilstein HD shocks, Duals with H pipe w/ flowmasters, Hella lamps, push bar, PIAA wipers and bulbs. I put Alcoa forged 16x7 wheels, with 33 in. tall 285/75-16 Yokohama Geolandar AT tires with plenty of tread remaining. I would like to keep it , fix the rust and continue to drive it, tow with it, and transport just about anything and everybody. However, I just have too many vehicles right now, and I'm not going to get the time to fix it the way I want to. I don't like seeing it just sit there, so it's up for grabs and I hope the winning bidder will get it fixed up nicely. It really is a good running truck, steers, stops, tows. Just a little rusty...
