When I bought it the previous owner had put ATF into the engine by mistake and blown a rod bearing. The mileage was 202 000 miles. I bought a 30 000 mile 4AFE engine and replaced the original engine with that one. At the same time I replaced · Engine Mounts · Both drive shafts and differential output seals · New front end exhaust system. · New front struts and brake calipers and pads · New power steering pump (its at the back and a PITA to get to) · Installed a VR3 radio CD with aux and USB input for ipod I also had the radiator inspected and cleaned and while everything was out I drained the torque convertor and Transmission and replaced the transmission filter. Since I replaced the engine I have done all of the oil changes with synthetic oil. My daughter has put 22000 miles on the car since we replaced the engine and in that time I have done the following work on it · Regular maintenance at 5000 mile intervals · Replaced both rear struts · Installed electric mirrors · Installed a driver seat heater · Installed fog lights and original switch · Installed a rear spoiler with a LED brake light in the spoiler · New starter motor approx March 2011 The tires have approx 40 – 50% tread left on them. I did install all of the components for the cruise control but never hooked them up. The car has a new spare headlight , both serpentine belts (new for waterpump and AC alternator) and a new timing belt in the trunkl It also has the last distributor cap and wires which I replaced less than 2000 miles ago. The bad is that the clear coat is peeling (see the pictures) and both front seats are the light blue color but the rest of the car is light grey / blue. It does all match but the front seats are out of a car that only had 48 000 miles on it. I have a lot more pictures that I can email on request.
