The paint on the car was just repainted in its original colors of Lower Code 423 Mocha Brown and Upper Code 181 Light Beige and is in very good condition. The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock as any well cared for garaged car should be, and has never been in any accidents. The car is riding on original steel Mercedes wheels and hubcaps with like new Michelin tires. The hubcaps just received a gorgeous full professional polish and match the original color. All chrome trim, glass, and rubber seals are in great shape. Much of the chrome and trim has been restored or replaced with new trim from Mercedes. The car looks absolutely as nice as the day it rolled off the Mercedes lot. The interior is in like new condition all around. The dash and door panels are in very nice condition with nearly no ware. The supple tan seats are all in very good condition and look very nice with no rips or ware lines, which shows the quality of material used in this car. The two front seats were just fully restored with new covers from Mercedes and were just re-padded with correct materials. All wood grain is in excellent condition with no cracking. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. The car has the custom fitted floor mats, which were always protecting the carpet. All dials and controls function as they should, power windows and antenna also are fully functional. The sound system is also very nice with the Sony sound system. All lights, gauges switches, and accessories work as they should. The trunk compartment is very clean and does have the original jack, the original spare tire and wheel! Also included is the original tool kit and original trunk mat in great condition. You can see how nice the trunk pan is on this car showing how well everything seals up. Mechanically, this 250C runs GREAT! I have owned nearly 20 70's era Mercedes vehicles, and this car blows the doors off all of them! The car starts right up and shifts smooth as silk. It drives as good now as the day it rolled of the lot. The 2.5L engine is very quick and responsive. It is reliable, easy to fix, and parts are readily available. The suspension is very tight and feels solid even at autobahn speeds above 90mph. The car was always regularly serviced as indicated by the fully stamped service book. The car will come with more that $16,000 in recent receipts.
