The vehicle currently has 130,301 miles, was removed from service in Aug 2011 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The vehicle appears to drive well with no apparent issues present. The tires have approximately 30 – 40% tread remaining. The exterior is in fair to good condition. There are numerous small rock chips on the hood. The driver’s side front fender also has approximately 10-11 small rock chips present. The top portion of the windshield weather stripping has a small portion approximately 1-2” missing, however no leaks are present in the vehicle. The driver’s door has 3-4 small chips on the top edge of the door, there is an approximately 10” long scratch present above the door handle, the door molding is loose, and there are some small chips/scratches on the door edge near the door handle. There is an approximately 3” long scratch above the driver side sliding door handle. There are some minor scratches present on the driver side rear quarter panel. There are some nicks in the lower portion of the rear bumper. There is a 10-12” long light scuff in the passenger side sliding door. There are also 5-6 small rock chips in the passenger front fender and an approximately 6” long minor crease present near the turn signal. The interior is in good condition. The lower portion of the center console on the driver side has three (3) small rectangular holes from where aftermarket switches were previously installed & removed. The lower portion of the console is missing the tray/insert. This vehicle was serviced on a 90-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Dec 2010 at 121,101 miles. During this service, the front & rear wiper placed were replaced, the rear wiper arm was freed up, the passenger side rear license plate lamp was replaced, and missing screws were replaced for the rear liftgate handle. Additionally, the lower radiator hose coolant tube & water pump were replaced. In Sep 2010 at 112,644 miles, the rear brake shoes, wheel cylinders, brake drums, front struts, left side lower control arm, sway bar bushing, sway bar links, outer tie rod ends, and front tires were replaced. In June 2010, at 107,054 miles, the window regulator assembly was replaced. In May 2010, at 106, 326 miles, the front brake pads and rotors were replaced and brakes flushed. In Mar 2010, at 100,694 miles, the tires were rotated. In Feb 2010, at 97,956 miles, wiring in the power feed to the brake light switch was repaired. Additionally, the vehicle was taken to the local Dodge dealer for repairs to the air bag system. In Dec 2009, at 93,768 miles, the intake manifold gasket and front tires were replaced. In Nov 2009, at 91,351 miles, the driver side taillight assembly was replaced. In Jun 2009, at 83,462 miles, the front brake pads & rotors were replaced. In Mar 2009 at 74,437 miles, the front tires, battery, and sway bar links were replaced. Additionally, the rear brakes were adjusted. In Dec 2008 at 67,500 miles, the driver door molding was reinstalled. In Aug 2008 at 56,662 miles, the front brakes, rotors, and an airbag sensor were replaced. In Mar 2008, at 48,740 miles, the stabilizer links and bushings were replaced. In Sep 2007, at 39,309 miles, the tires, front brake pads, rotors, and the hold down spring in the left rear brake assembly were replaced. In Apr 2007, the left rear brake light bulb was replaced. In Mar 2007, at 32,049 miles, the wiper blades and grease fittings for the front lower ball joints were replaced. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
