1955 Chevrolet Pickup (2nd series) For sale today is a nice project truck for you. Truck is mostly stock as far as steering, suspension, brakes, and cab are concerned. It has a Pontiac 428 motor and automatic transmission in it. It starts and runs. Has 53,000+ on the odometer. Manual steering. Drum brakes all 4 wheels. Front brakes have good pads, rear needs pads. I don't have a box for it, or any bumpers. All the glass is in it, but needs some work on passenger window seals. New tires, nothing fancy, but still new. I have the headlight buckets, bulbs, and trim, as well as some front parking lights. It has some crazy homemade grille in it, not factory at all. The truck had a Wyoming title when we got it. and I think that is where the engine swap was done. My dad bought the truck around 1990 while I was in the service. The idea was for us to rebuild it together. Well one thing led to another, time passed and it never got worked on. It has been stored inside for the last 20 years.
