Vehicle Detail

2002 Triumph Daytona 955i Centennial Edition Up for sale is my 2002 Daytona 955i Centennial Edition. The bike has been upgraded with a high mount carbon fiber Two Brothers Racing exhaust ($500), Mini markers, undertail eliminator and K&N air filter. Fresh oil change last month with Mobil1 and K&N filter. Last season I had the dealer install their recommended new battery. I am also including a Battery Tender Jr. ($30), which keeps the battery optimally powered when not in use. The bike comes with the rear seat too, which takes the place of the cowl when you have a passenger. The rear tire has less than 200 miles on it, and the front is in great condition as well. Overall I'd give the bike a 9 out of 10. I don't think you'll can find a scratch or chip on it. The paint sparkles like new. I've had this bike since 2005, when I bought it from my room mate. Both of us took very good care of it. I promise you, I'll be sad to see it go. This is the Centennial Edition, which has added features above the standard 2002 model: * One colour option of Aston (British Racing) Green, which was offered only on the 2002 955i Centennial Edition. * Carbon fiber inlaid panels between the gas tank and tail fairing. * Single-sided swing arm (like the later Daytona 955i). If you want something different than everyone else in town, this is the way to go. This bike will keep up with the Japanese bikes, and does it in style! 150hp is nothing to sneeze at either! The bike is being sold as-is where-is-- the buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks! One thing to note that I forgot to mention above, the low fuel light stays on. It's a common issue with the Daytonas, requiring a new sensor to correct. I never got around to replacing it-- just payed attention to miles/tank.
