1971 Ford Econoline short wheelbase van. NO MOTOR! I got this old flower delivery van with plans of swapping the motor out, but I have too many projects and I need to bust a move. The old 240 six smoked like a chimney and had low compression. Van drove fine before I removed it. Three on the tree shifted well. Trans and motor (if you want it) come with van. I was in the process of butchering the van to squeeze in a 460, but my heart just isn't in it. I have too many other projects, so I needed to pick and choose. 460 does not come with, and is not for sale. A small block ford v8 will bolt in and directly to the trans if you want. A 240 or 300 six will bolt in as well. Has a 9" rear axle and 4.5" bolt pattern hubs. Van has some rust, but not too bad. One of the rear doors, frame rail drivers side, a little at one of the fender well openings. All pretty easily fixed. Van was off the road for many years, so new rubbers all around are in order. I have Scarebird disc brake kit with new rotors. No calipers, but it uses cheap and plentiful GM single pot calipers. 15x7 and 15x8.5 aluminum slots with good tires, lots of tread. Interior is empty, as it was when it delivered flowers to your Momma. All ready for some shag carpet. This is a project, but these vans are near impossible to find on the East Coast. If you can't turn a wrench, you need to keep lookin elsewhere. I reserve the right to end sale early due to local sale, or if I realize I am more emotionaly attached than I thought. I may consider trades for motorcycles, parts, a later model van, etc.
