I purchased this car from the Phoenix area, and have owned it for a little over two years. The car runs and drives well for its age and miles. I will share both the good and the bad so you will not be disappointed when you come to pick it up. The good: The car has always had synthetic oil used in it. The engine does not have noises, doesn't use oil and has no leaks. The transmission shifts smooth, and the drivetrain seems to run smoothly as it should. At about 155,000 miles I spent about $2,000 on suspension bushings and drivetrain parts. At that time all known problems were resolved, except for the front struts which were recommended to be changed soon. Ther wheels are in good shape, and the tires have at least 50% tread. Air conditioner blows cold. The bad: The body has no rust as it is from the SW. However, because it is from the SW, the hood and part of the roof is sun faded. You really can't see it in the photos but it is noticable when you get close to the car. The silver color makes it hard to see from several feet away. The nicks and small dings are shown in the photos. Make no mistake, the photos look better than the car looks up close. The seats are cracked and have a few small splits. We have sheepskin covers for the front seats. The brake pad sensor light just cam on this week. The brakes are not grinding, and there is some life left in the pads, but they will need to be replaced soon. While the car drives well, it still has 191,000 miles.
