1982 BMW R-Series

I have owned this fun lil zippy bike for 2 years. I love the after market exhaust the former owner installed. You can see by the pictures, I have some cool BMW and aftermarket items on the bike.I have the original mirrors and various other BMW cycle parts for this and other R series bikes including a Reynolds seat with the back rest, rear cowl for R65 in a rare yellow, R series handle bar mounting gauges (clock and volts) with mounting brackets and screws, saddle bags brackets. The speedometer works but last month when I was riding I noticed the milage was (trying) to read 47,000or57,000 not 17541 that I know is on the bike. In Feb. 2010 when I titled the bike and put it through inspection, the title has 16,500 and March 2011 I was going to sell the bike and that is why in the one picture the milage is reading 16,???. I really haven't ridden the bike, as indicated below. I would have the bike serviced, oil chnge.Carbs syncro maybe and tune up. Just from it sitting. Tires are fine and I would drive this bike anywhere in the USA. I am only trying to sell it to pay some bills off and it is BORING as - - - - riding in Delaware, nothing more then flat straight roads, except for intersections, wahoo!!! I noticed this is NOT the case! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! The exhaust is similar to the tone and loadness of a British bike, not LOAD like a Harley and their obnoxious straight pipes! The BUY IT NOW PRICE I had tried to list originaly and is; $3500 You may contact me about coming to see the bike. I will not allow anyone to ride it until I see cash! The paint does not have any flaws in the clear coat, there are rub marks on the rear cowl, (see picture)from buggies cords the previous owner was using to travel from Wilmington, DE to Montreal, Canada for a friends wedding. And a 'bruise' on front fender. (this is harder to see in picture and is very minor)
