RARE -RARE - Very nice older frame off restoration of an original 1955 Fairlane Crown Victoria Glass top. The original frame is rust and damage free and painted and detailed in semigloss black, The floor pans are original and painted and detailed in the white body colour, The frame body braces are older correct replacements, The exterior rear 1/4 panels appear rust and damage free however there is evidence of lower panel replacement as visible from the inner trunk. The trunk floor pans appear original and painted white, it is also equipped with the correct replacement trunk mat with spare tire. The gas tank is original restored and painted and detailed. Both doors appear original rust and damage free and fit and operate correctly. The rocker panels are older correct replacements correctly installed. Both front fenders appear original rust and damage free. The hood and trunk lid also appear rust and damage free and fit and operate correctly. The engine is the original 272 Cu In, V-8 bored out to 292 on a recent rebuild, it is smooth running and shows no evidence of oil leaks or consumption. lt is equipped with the original 4-barrel intake manifold and Holley carb. Chrome valve covers and breather, chrome alternator and brackets orighinal cast iron exhaust manifolds. Original dist. converted to Pertronics electronic. The vehicle is also equipped with ice cold VINTAGE A.C. with front mounted condenser and electric fan , the original fan is also in place. Standard brakes and power steering. Transmission is the original Fordomatic automatic also recently rebuilt. The rear end is also original recently rebuilt and painted and detailed. Older dual exhaust system full length usuing dual Smittys muffler and full length tail pipes. All exterior chrome has been replated and all stainless trim has been polished Original style flush mounted fender skirts. Have a look at the photos for this beautiful original style interior replaced with a full correct ABC kit. new sill plates, the interior Crown polished stainless steel trim is awesome and puts the finishing touch on the beautiful tinted correct replacement Acrylic glass roof insert. It has a Pioneer stereo mounted below the dash with extra gauges and the A.C. outlets. There is also a custom installed 12 Volt wiring harness and fuse panel conversion to the rear of the dash . This car rides and handles beautifully with the assistance of Silverguard thin white wall radial tires mounted with stock steel rims and custom Buick spinner full wheel discs. It is also an easy export out of the country and I will provide assitance with all costs the reponsibilty of the purchaser.
