THIS 1975 IMPALA is still an great car exspecially to start a project with. Because its still in great shape to be 31 years old with very minor repairs needed! Starting with the motor which is a strong running all original matching #'s 350 with original 90,020 but i got it at ,050 cause i have to keep moving the car according to were its parked. An JUST a few days ago car was Towed but I paid an got it back but the tow company had to get it in neutral so they losened the bolt on transmission an just needs to be tighten back, But it fires right up every time i go to move the car an still drives an reverse just fine. I just recently Replaced water pump, starter,battery, an new set of door key's. I still have stock water pump in trunk. IT has flowmaster pipes running to camoro style pipes with just a half inch size exhaust leak. Other than that motor is strong still might need the Carb, rebuilt soon but it works an runs just fine. Also if you let the car sit for a long period of time (like I have done) I've noticed there's a lil puff of smoke when you go to start the car. But other than that after shes warm no smoke at all! The Transmission is the original 350 powerglide 3 speed which i recently rebuilt Two summers ago by Boards Transmission. which i had them install a new shift kit an a new stock stall converter. The Body is in great condition same original green from 31 years ago with minor dings an two minor dents. Just needs new owner an paint job! There's minor rust behind the passenger wheel which are common for these cars in those areas. An there's minor rust in the trunk of the car. But other than those spot's the car does not have rust like you think a 31 year old car should have. The interior is great to with very minor tear such as the upper driver seat line is starting to tear but other than that carpet may need a cleaning but no rust under or wholes through the carpet. Headliner is still alive. All Gauge's work on the car, A/C works just needs more Freon, charged. I really hate to see a car in this good of a shape to let slip out of my hands but I have bills an it just sits so it has to go.
