I am selling my classic 1959 Ford Custom 300. I have had the car approximately 8 years and had bought it as a restoration project. The car ran great when I purchased it but I opted to put a new motor in it, a 302. The car runs great! I drive it all the time to church and in parades, etc. It still needs some cosmetic work, paint job and upholstery to complete the job but the mechanics are great. It does NOT have power steering but when I had the new motor put in I was told it would be an easy job to install power steering. The driver's side window needs replacing , it is broken badly. Two other side windows need replacing as well but the damage isn't bad on them. The car has been kept in a storage unit the entire time so no exposure to weather. I have put less than 5000 miles on the new motor but the meter on the dash shows the original miles on the car which is around 96,000. I put a new windshield in the front when I first got it AND new gaskets on the front and back glass. The car has an automatic transmission in it with overdrive and shifts real smooth. I will furnish more pictures to interested parties! The only reason I am selling the car is I have simply lost interest in working on it. I have taken up another hobby and wish to have some money to spend on my current interests. THIS PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE AND I WILL CONSIDER ALL OFFERS!!! I AM VERY MOTIVATED TO SELL THIS CAR!
