Vehicle Detail
Description This is my 1991 Ford Explorer. I have owned it for a little under a year, and used it as basic transportation to get me to school and work. It starts every time, and runs strong. When I bought it, I had to do Utah safety and emissions testing, and the car passed both. It has an aftermarket radio that plays the radio great, but doesn't read CD's. The odometer reads right around 93,000 miles, but keep in mind that it has a 5 digit counter. The car is fairly clean on the inside, but does have some miscellaneous stains on the carpet and seats. I have had one problem with the vehicle while I have owned it, and that was that I had to replace the battery a couple months ago. Other than that this car has been a nice reliable ride to work and school. Known Problems The car has a weak reverse. It will reverse on flat land, or on a decline, but it cannot reverse up hills or inclines! Front passenger seat is partially broken. A piece of the chair has broken and bent, causing the chair to be reclined. See Picture. Radio does not read CD's. 4WD doesn't currently work. Could use an alignment. Conditions of Sale Full payment is due within 3 days of the auction ending. The only payment form excepted is PayPal, or cash if exchanged locally. All financial transactions must occur before the vehicle is picked up or shipped. This vehicle is being sold as-is with no reserve. I have done my best to describe the vehicle, and any problems with it, but I am not a professional, and everything I have said should be looked at as opinion. It is your responsibility to get the vehicle properly inspected before purchase.
