1973 Covette Hard-Top Convertible. I've owned it since 2004. It has been in my garage the whole time. It needs a lot to complete it to show condition, but on the flipside it has a lot too that's not in the pictures. I received this car in trade for work for my neighbor. He told me everything he had done to it. I am guessing he had about $7,000.00 in parts and work in it when I took ownership. This has a frame off restoration that started at Roberts Covervette, Kalamazoo MI. It has new rear clip, door to door, and new covertible deck lid. The doors were replaced with better doors. The windshield frame also was replaced with one without rust issues. The body was removed, the frame was sandblasted and painted. It has new rotors, calipers, brakes, new body bushings, has new front big block springs and new rear steel spring. The body has one broken piece that is r/front lower wheel well, front edge 1"x6" long (may be a tire peeled?)...not really an issue. The body looks good and straight no cracks. Has a nice stance. It has the hard top, new convertible cloth top, no bows for it. Have frame for it but it needs attention, not tweaked. Have seat frames, new dashpad and old dash too. New door panels, door glass, 4 sets of window regulators. I have the wiring harness but I would replace it. Also the headlight doors are complete operate fine. The radiator looks good. Two exhaust systems stock type (maybe turbos?). The back bumpers are new or rechromed. There nice. The interior parts are dark blue I planned on painting the car bright silver. It also has the wide ralley wheels with centercaps and rings....not mint. Body lines are defined and straight. Under side of the engine hood could use some glass work to strengthen it. I have a 1974 Corvette motor for it thats not included in this sale. If your interested we can talk but the automatic transmission, that also was rebuilt, has torque convertor, on it still, is included with car. I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.
