Here is a 1958 Chevrolet bel air 2 door sedan. The whole car was stripped to bare metal before restoration began. The only rust in the whole car were few pinholes over the rear wheelwells and at the bottom of the doors. The trunk floor and rear body mounts have also been replaced. The car is painted hot rod black with a house of kolor silver metalflake roof that you need sunglasses to look at. All the chrome, stainless, door handels, emblems, bumpers, etc are all either new or restored to show condition. The body is straight enough to scuff and paint shiny if you would like. It has a rebuilt 1961 Chevy 283 with a rebuilt aluminum powerglide transmission with one-off shifter. Car has all new brakes, brake lines, fuel lines, gas tank, radiatior, astro supreme wheels, tires, lights, american auto wire wiring harness, glass seals, window felts, weatherstipping, rebuilt front suspension, new rear shocks, new straight exhaust (sounds really good), and a new driveshaft. Everything in this car is either new or rebuilt. Still has nice original glass with the exception of a new windshield and vent windows. Doors, trunk, and hood all shut with just a push of your finger. Runs and drives great and has about 1000 miles on it. The interior is incomplete. Mexican blanket seat covers, new black carpet, and a new black package tray are all ive had time to do because ive been enjoying driving it. Has am/fm cassette and aux gauges under the dash.
