This one-owner 2003 Ford Taurus SE was purchased in 2003 and used as an administrator car. It has 61604 miles. The Bartlett Police Department adheres to a strict maintenance program, which includes oil changes every 5000 miles and compliance with all manufacturer maintenance at suggested intervals. The new owner can be provided with the vehicle's service and maintenance history. This vehicle has low mileage and is in very good condition and runs very well. The vehicle up for auction has been inspected. The inspection revealed a slight oil pan gasket leak. This vehicle has been detailed. The vehicle has an ignition over-ride switch (see photo) which allows the vehicle's key to be removed from the ignition while the engine is left running. The paint still maintains a very nice shine. The front bumper has a crack on the passenger side. The body has a few dents and ding but overall in very good condition. All four tires have been replaced and are like brand new. In the interior is in very good condition. The only defect is a hole in the carpet near the gas pedal (see photo). We have attempted to photograph all of the flaws and encourage you to stop by to view or to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle title will be provided to the new owner. If vehicle is to be driven from seller’s location, Illinois law requires the new owner to have current registration and insurance on the vehicle. A temporary registration permit can be obtained from any Illinois Secretary of State office. This vehicle is sold "as-is" and there is no warranty.
