Take a blast from the past in this classic Ford Escort. The car is in great condition for it's age with very minimal rust behind the rear wheels which appears to be just surface rust to me. This car was owned by my wife's grandparents and was hardly ever driven. It has 65,273 miles exactly which is very low for a 29 year old car. The car was stored in a garage and not driven for the last 15 years before being given to us. I trailered it home where I put a new battery in it, changed the oil, put new gas in the car and it started right up. Other then that I haven't done anything to it. The car doesn't seem to have much wrong with it other then it leaks a little oil around the head gasket. It doesn't seem to effect the function of the engine but I want to be as honest and clear as possible so you know what you're getting. The interior is a little sun bleached but still in great condition considering it's age. Other then that I can't see much else wrong. Take a look at the pictures to see more. The car is being sold as is so it's the buyer's choice if they drive it home or trailer it. I'm sure that the car would drive just fine but I haven't looked at the brakes or driven the car at all so I can't vouch for them. I'll even include a repair manual that I picked up for the car.
