1966 chevelle convertible. 283 V8 automatic powerglide transmission. Real decent black interior. Nice black manual convertible top. Super solid body, it was repainted in the early 80's over the original yellow paint. It looks like it had a driver's side quarter panel and a front fender patch on it. The trunk floor has been patched in the corners and that is it. The floor pans and rockers have never been cut and super solid. It does have the typical rear chevelle body mount that will need to be replaced and one small spot on the passenger's side quarter, not bad for a quicky paint job in the 80's. The rust on the rear quarter is the only exterior rust through after all these years. Says how solid it is after all these years. This car is not junk. I had intentions of putting a paint job on it and making it a nice driver. This car is a running driving project car. It needs exhaust.(I ripped one muffler off when I unloaded it off the trailer when I bought it a year ago. I rebuilt the 2bl carb this winter, but the car still need to be tuned. You don't find many cars like this one. You could do anything you want with it. fix a few things and drive as is, or paint it up, or do a full on resteration. It would be a shame not to just fix it up as you go and enjoy it. Like I said this car is not junk. I hate to sell it but we just bought a house in the country and I need to sell it to build a new shop on the property.
