This 2008 Chevrolet Impala LS is for sale to the highest bidder of this auction at NO RESERVE. We are a towing company that obtained the vehicle through a lien process, as the vehicle was abandoned on us following a motor vehicle crash recovery. The registered owner did not have collision insurance, and never came to claim their vehicle. After a length of time, unclaimed vehicles become the property of the towing company. The paperwork has already been done with the State of Ohio, and the vehicle is now ours to sell. We have an Ohio Salvage Title in our possession, ready to go. Condition: We are not a body shop, so I cannot give you an estimate to repair the vehicle. Though it may be possible to rebuild this vehicle, it is being sold with no representations as such. The car was involved in a rollover crash, and ultimately landed back on its wheels. The drivetrain (engine, transmission, etc) is in good working order. We have driven the car around our lot with no problems whatsoever. The front windshield is broken, along with the rear glass. All of the side windows are intact. (some may be down in the photos, the car was very HOT inside from sitting) All side windows are intact! The car has 112,818 miles on it. 3.5 V6 engine, auto transmission. The interior is undamaged, but appears dirty. The carpet is stained quite a bit. Stereo and all interior equipment appear in good working order. Shipping: We ARE a shipping company as well as a tow company. We CAN help with transportation anywhere in the USA, at buyer's expense. We can provide you with an estimate of costs to ship the car. You are certainly welcome to arrange shipping on your own as well, whichever you prefer. Any shipping expenses are at the buyer's expense, we will not pay for transport. The car must be paid for (auction price) in full by secure funding PRIOR to the car leaving our property. Sorry, we cannot ship the car C.O.D. to you. The car does run and drive just fine, so it will be able to drive itself onto a truck, trailer, tow dolly, whatever you are bringing or sending to pick it up. You can however, pay the shipping charges when the car is delivered. Payment: We will accept payment of Cash (in person only), or a Certified Check from your bank. Sorry we will not accept personal or business checks. After auction ends, you have up to 7 days to remove the vehicle, after that storage is $30 per day. If we are arranging transportation for you, and it takes longer than 7 days to get it on a truck, storage charges will be waived. Title: The buyer of this car will receive our Ohio Salvage Title, which will be signed and notarized. The buyer's name and address will be filled in, along with the selling price. We will not lie about the selling price to save you on sales tax, so please don't ask. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or registration costs.
