1978 Honda Express, Needs a carb, the current carb is in bad shape, will start and run about 20mph, brakes are ify, will need bulbs, battery, etc, what you see is what you get, was gong to restore, changed my mind. Comes with the much sought after basket in the back, I am told it can easily hold a 24 pack of your favorite beverage. Must be picked up from my home in NWI. Sold as is.
