Up for auction is a 1984 Chevrolet Suburban Custom Deluxe 20, 4 door. Vehicle has 24,993 original miles, 350 ci/5.7 litre gasoline V8 with 4 bbl carburetion, 4 wheel drive, 4 speed automatic transmission, and dual batteries. 235/85R16 tires/wheels. Muffler has a hole. Otherwise, fine mechanically and runs well. Exterior is two-tone red and white, and was repainted in 2008. There are a few flaws (shown in pictures) - a bit of rust at the bottom of some panels/doors, another within the right front wheelwell, and a scrape and dent (which is not very obtrusive) in the lower right rear quarter. Paint/body is otherwise good. Interior is tan vinyl - vinyl could use a scrubbing, but aside from a few minor tears, is in good condition and is soft/pliable. Cushions are still supportive and comfortable. Air conditioner needs a recharge. Factory AM/FM Delco radio works. Glovebox needs a lock, and is currently held shut with screw. Also included is an Aerodynic light bar, which functions properly. Vehicle must be picked up (in Northeastern New Jersey). A $250 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close.
