This 1995 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible has been donated to our non-profit organization, and we have not physically driven the vehicle ourselves. We understand that this LeBaron runs and drives well, and has 144,526 miles on it. The 3.0 liter, 6 cylinder engine runs great and gets good gas mileage, and the automatic transmission shifts well. The car has AM/FM/CD, A/C (works well), power windows, power door locks, and a power convertible top. The tires, brakes, glass, and exhaust are all in good condition. The tires are only 2 years old, and the brake calipers were replaced along with the front brakes last year. The rear brakes were replaced 3 - 4 years ago, and should still have plenty of life left! The head gasket and radiator fan were replaced last summer, and the starter was replaced 3 months ago! The car does have an occasional starting problem. Every now and then - once every couple of months - turn the key and the starter does not spin! This is easily fixed by shifting the car into neutral and rocking it slightly... then the car starts right up! I personally suspect a faulty neutral safety switch (EASY FIX!!!). Also, the speakers occasionally go out. I suspect that this is due to a bad ground or connection. Again, EASY FIX! The interior is in good condition, and everything works as it should (see pics). The convertible top is showing signs of age (they all do... see pics), but still functions fine. The car also shows signs of surface rust repair in a couple of areas, most notably behind the driver's side rear wheelwell (they all rust here), but it still looks pretty decent (see pics). The passenger side rear quarter panel is dented / scratched (again, see pics), but seems like it could be fairly easily repaired, or just drive it as is and enjoy the convertible!
