1964 Porsche 356C matching numbers coupe (engine # 713163)White exterior and tan leatherette interior. She is a wonderful driver, runs and shifts beautifully. Engine and transmission were rebuilt by previous owner (we purchased her in 2007, mileage 76,293). We had the shoulder seat belts installed as well as new tires fitted. Brakes work well, but pull to the left. Tachometer has erratic behavior and probably needs to be rebuilt. All other gauges work well except the clock.She was hit on left rear while parked in front of our house - and $21,000 was spent rebuilding the rear end without bondo or clips and replacing bent rear axle and bearings, muffler, bumper, tail lights, glass seals and paint. All work done by local 356 specialists Torp brothers at Classic Autobody in Berkeley and Oscar at Alameda's German Auto (axle and bearings). All work is warrantied. Needless to say - rear end is flawless, but has a slightly kinked hood and some rust showing on the bottom of the door panels. Driver floor pan and battery box floor have been replaced with previous owner. We will miss her - but need to raise funds for our newest family addition - our design business!
