1977 Suzuki RM

Available for eBay auction is this beautifully restored 1977 FMF Suzuki RM125 Replica. This show quality restoration was professionally built by well known Vintage Motocross restoration specialist Scott Steger of VINTAGE FACTORY http://www.vintagefactory.com . The bike has been on display in a private collection for many years and has not been ridden since the Vintage Factory restoration. This bike shows beautifully and is truly a great piece of American Motocross History. Featuring some of the most sought after accessory parts of the era, the 17.5" Moto X Fox Air Shocks, FMF (THOR) Swingarm, and Works KYB Kayaba Forks all appear to be NOS. The paintwork is exceptional, and does appear to be professionally done, every fastener is new, cables, and tires are new as well. If not replaced with new, the original parts have been restored to NOS appearance, fit and function. Minor apologies include a small scratch on the gas tank, the handlebars have some minor finish issues, a shim of some sort must be fabricated for the front axle as it is slightly loose on the clamp on the fork leg, and some required light detailing may be necessary should the bike be intended to be used as a racer / rider. This motorcycle is, and has always been a museum quality show bike. All shipping and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Local pick up is available, as well as delivery to the Forward Air Terminal at JFK Airport (for a fee of $250.00, the expense includes the required locks and tie downs).
