Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Up for sale is my 1962 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 60. Car has 60,900 miles but does has a Class A title which just means that the mileage can not be verified. This is because the last owner took it in to the DMV with a odometer that had been broken for a week. I went through the motor when I purchased the car and I do believe this to be the correct mileage. Car has original 390 w/auto trans that runs great. Carb has been rebuilt and I have added a electric fuel pump. The cars runs like a BEAST! This car is loud! I cut off the exhaust from under the driver seat back and welded a flowmaster to it. Check out the video to get a slight idea of how amazing this thing sounds. I get more looks and thumbs up in this car than any previous hot rod I have owned. I want to be as honest as I can about this vehicle so if I didn’t answer any of your questions please feel free to email me and I will get back asap. This car can be drivin daily or it is ready for a full resto if that is your style. Car is 99% rust free. I have the original bill of sale from Hollywood California. I have TONS of documentation for this vehicle. The transmition has been rebuilt and I have receipts. I have title in hand. Vehicle is sold AS-IS. No Trades. Buyer must pay $500 deposit at auction end and balance within 7 days. Full selling price must be payed before vehicle leaves my premises. I prefer paypal for security reasons. Buyer is in charge of arranging all shipping of vehicle. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Thanks for taking a look and happy bidding!!!!!!!!!! The GOOD New Interior and HeadlinerNew shocks/Control Arm Bushings New Battery New Starter New Belts Pertronix Electronic Ignition Electric Fuel Pump w/regulator Edelbrock Air Cleaner Rebuilt Carter Carb New internals for gas tank New Wires/Plugs Full size spare tire All windows work A/C Works All lights work Brakes work amazing 20” Wire wheels (slight surface rust) EXTRAS Original Shop Manual (this has helped a ton!) Full extra gauge cluster Extra chrome bumper ends Extra weather striping Can’t think of what else I have at the moment but I will put everything I have in the trunk when I sell the vehicle. Probably $500-$1,000 worth of parts. The Bad: A/C needs recharge Radio doesn’t work Power Bench Seat doesn’t work Temp gauge just stopped working, can be switched out with the extra one I have in the trunk Small vacuum leak under dash (I believe it to be the door locks) Small 5” x 5” rust spot on the lower rocker panel (car is 99% rust free) Door locks don’t work auto (manually they work fine) 1 window is very slow Steering column has some slop (wheel has about 3” of play) I have the bushing to fix this, just not installed. Tires have great tread, but I think they sat for awhile and have slight flat spots. Car bounces up and down a bit over speeds of 55mph. All the chrome is slightly pitted Needs Paint. (looks great from 50ft away)
