1955 Chevy Bel Air Convertible Great Project Let me start by saying that I have owned this car since 1992. The car was braced before it was disassembled in preparation for mounting on a rotisserie. It was originally a black car with red interior and white top. Car comes with clean, clear title. This car is a non running project that will require a trailer to move. Car was bought as a rolling project. I have most pieces for the complete restoration including: complete convertible top framework, front and rear seats, rust free convertible frame, complete 6 cylinder motor and transmission. My original intention was to restore this car, and I have been collecting parts to do that for several years. I realized that I am not ever going to get to this project, so it is time to let someone else pick up where I left off. Some items that are not shown are: new windshield, four correct wheels, front seat and left and right fender extensions. Some new things that have been installed are: a new rear cross brace, left side quarter panel, three new floor pans, rear trunk extension, and inner trunk floor panel. Body work done on doors, trunk lid and right fender. Many new and used parts (as shown in pictures) are included in sale. Many parts have been purchased from Danchuk and other suppliers, and others have been professionally polished or restored. There are very few parts missing to complete this restoration.
