This Vanagon is perfect for a restoration project. The Van Drives very smooth on the highway ( thats the best part). The Van is currently in portland Oregon , but has spent its whole life in dry sunny California, so the body is very solid with no rot. I drove this van up from Santa Cruze to Portland with no problems, I did put $700.00 into the cooling system, alternator and things I cant remember. The 2 jump seats have been removed, so its only got the 2 front seats, and the rear bench, as well as the folding table. The Van just passed DEQ smog test last week. I never registered the Van, have title in hand. I want to be very clear and let you know what I know the Van needs: new carpethead rest, maybe new front seats if you want the perfect(armrest broken)engine work, makes some valve noises ????misc interior parts ( some burns on dash)power door lock worksliding door alignmentsmall dent on passenger fendersmall dent's on sliding dooridle adjustmentbumpers are cracked
