2008 Honda CBR

I am selling my motorcycle due to my growing family and lack of time to ride. I have taken excellent care of this bike and it was only serviced at the local Honda dealership. I have only added premium upgrades and did not hack, cut, or otherwise bastardize this bike to make it faster. All synthetics, the bike has had its oil changed every 3500 miles. I installed a quick accel kit with three teeth added to the rear sprocket. I do not have much need to exceed 120mph, so I really geared it high. Unfortunately this altered the speedometer and the mileage accumulated faster than it should. I estimate about 15k for the mileage, check the pictures to verify this bike has not had that much road use. Bike is perfect, never been dropped or down, starts right up, and pulls like the devil himself... The bike stays in a garage and has never seen rain. Free and clear title, no accidents, insurance auctions, or floods like you will see on most auctions. I have the title in my hands. So to answer some questions: 1) The bike is currently tagged and registered for the year in Arkansas. All state requirements are met. 2) Yes, I guess it does have a rear hugger, this all came in a kit with the undertail. It is completely flush and rattle free, the honda logo is removable. I posted a few more pictures and wanted to mention I have both of the original keys.
