2001 Ford Focus LX 4 Door Sedan with 146,561. It is a 4-cylinder/2.0 liter automatic that is front wheel drive. I have owned this car for several years, however I just recently bought a new car and can't afford to insure two of them. The car runs well, however the check engine light is on. When I plug it into a computer, it says that the engine is running "lean" (to much air in the air/gas mixture). I'm guessing that this is why the car only gets 25MPG's instead of its supposed 30. This is still a great gas mileage. Also because of it running lean the car runs slightly rough when in parked or idling (not enough air-flow i'm told). To fix the problem it would need to be brought to a mechanic who could figure out where the problem was. The only other issue with the car is that the drivers side mirror was recently broken off when pulling out of the garage. You can get a replacement from any junk yard for around $40. The car has no rust, and two new tires. This is a great little car that still has years of life left in it. Further details bellow.
