Up for auction is my all original 1974 Ford Bronco. I've owned this vehicle for almost 12 years and it has been as solid as a rock. It has been used as both a trail truck as well as a daily driver, and did both with ease. Under the hood this vehicle is pretty much untouched. It still has the original 302 that was rebuilt a little over 5 years ago, as well as the original 3 speed column-shift transmission. It has a motorcraft carburetor that is really old, but may not be the original carb. It's mildly temperamental if the truck sits for weeks without being run, but clears up as soon as the motor gets warm. Also, there is a pretty obnoxious exhaust leak on the passenger side at the flange where the header and exhaust meet. The old stud is bent and needs replacing. There is a 4 inch suspension lift on the truck and it rides on 34 inch original buckshot mud tires. I also have two spare buckshots (not mounted) that I will include with the truck. The previous owner painted it, and did a mediocre job. Overall the paint is solid, aside from where the clear coat has peeled off of the hood and a few small surface rust spots on the tailgate and body. As for rust, those small surface spots in the paint and the headlight trim are the only real flaws. The floors, rockers, and doors are all as solid as the day it was made. Even the door locks are original on this truck (factory key still works ignition as well as both doors, separate key for the lock on the rear hatch glass). I get so many compliments while driving this vehicle that it makes me sad to let it go, but i have too many projects to keep this one in the stable. I will gladly ship this truck anywhere in the US, at the buyers expense.
