1968 Honda CB

I bought this cool old bike at an estate auction in as put away condition.  The registration sticker is from 1975.  I took it home, cleaned the tank, carb, fuel petcock, and lines, changed the oil, and replaced the battery.  The little bike fired up quick, and settled into a nice even idle.  I took it for a blast up the street and it ran very well.  Got it up to about 50mph.   The clutch and gears worked well, the suspension seemed good, the brakes were just as marginal as they were when the bike was new.  There seem to be no leaks of any kind.  The bike appears all original with scratches, lightly pitted chrome, and general overall wear. There is a dent in the chrome panel on the right side of the tank.  The speedometer works, the lights do not.  I didn't look into that.  The wheels seem true, the tires hold air with good tread, but are checked.  I do not have paperwork for this, and will be sold on a bill of sale only.  This would be a great swap meet or camp bike.
