Vehicle Detail

You are looking at a 1968 Triumph motorcycle. Its a 650cc. It was rebuilt a few years ago and rode very little since then. I have the receipt for this from the previous owner.. ALL the numbers match. (frame, motor, title) It runs great and starts on the first kick most of the time (occasionally it will take up to 3 but never more..) I got the bug for an old motorcycle and jumped right in.. I was un-familiar with these bikes. I have ridden dirt bikes for many years and owned other motorcycles.. but none like this one.. This bike shifts on the right side and breaks on the left... I have become too use to my dirt bike to get the hang of it. I'm scared that I will wreck this classic machine and injury not only it but myself... haha The few times I have drove it (very few I only had tags on it for 1 week and probably drove less then 100 miles), It gets a lot of attention. It has a few paint issues like scratches, and dings its a 43 year old bike. I think the term is patina...haha. It had a bench seat on it when I got it.... that I still have and will be included in the auction. (pictured) It rubbed the paint off in a spot on the rear fender. I put an antique leather solo seat on it. I got the solo from a swap meet and made it work it probably went to some other type of old bike... (but it can be removed very easy with no changes to the bike itself) It has shorty straight pipes on it so its very loud! The inside of the gas tank is very clean and good condition. It has a Minkui carb on it to get it to run better. I have the original carb to go with the auction as well. I replaced the clutch. (which was unnecessary as I found out now long story... I guess the clutch will stick on these bikes if they sit a while) but I have the original clutch also saved in a box. It doesn't have a speedo or tach installed which I think looks cool but does nothing for telling how fast your going. I do have the one that came off it that will also be included in the auction. It all seems very original... the rims say made in England. There are no broken fins on the engine and it has great compression and doesn't leak oil or smoke. The cases are in great condition. The frame is clean and straight. Please ask questions because I don't really know what else to say about it..or come see it if you're close enough.... message me here, email me (suckafreesk8@gmail.com) or give me a call, 336-324-0083 Below is a video I made of the bike starting and running... I have decided to put NO RESERVE PRICE on the bike and start it at a $100 because I don't know how much its worth. I will let the auction run its course and end where it ends... If you are going to bid please be prepared to pay! I will require a $200 deposit with in 72 hours of the auction ending... and the rest in person when you pick it up. Its local pick-up only. But if you make the arrangements and pay for it I will assist a shipping company in loading it.... Thanks and happy bidding!
