1985 Cheverolet Monte Carlo: History This car was originally purchased new by my Aunt. The car was wrecked in the rear end and due to the age it was more to fix at the time than it was worth. This is the reason for the salvage title. My father repaired the vehicle and was in the process of refurbishing it when he passed away. (He was a mechanic and autoshop teacher his whole life and was rebuilding hotrods after retirement and won numerous trophies) Features The car has a new chevy crate engine 350 V-8, with less than 500 miles on it. New Starter, New A/C Conversion, New Battery, New Alternator, New Tires, New 4barrell Holley carb, New Dual Exhaust, Newer Transmission and Paint Job. Condition The interior is all original and in good condition for the age. The carpet has a few stains; but, the seats look great. There are a few cracks in the top of the dash; but looks good other wise. The body looks good no dents or dings there are a couple of bottom trim pieces missing and the door seals where they meet the windows need to be replaced.
